How:
As our society grapples with myriad examples of people breaching their own or others' moral codes (#metoo), the mistreatment of asylum seekers, the removal of the US from climate change accord, the separation of children from parents at our border&mdas;rabbis are being called on to help individuals and communities address the wounds these breaches inflict and, we hope, to heal from. In this workshop, we will translate current finding in the field of moral injury into a uniquely Jewish idiom, drawing on our texts, traditions, and traditions to identify moral injuries so we can utilize them in helping individuals and communities to heal.
