How:

An ever growing number of rabbis have faced the responsibility of leading communities through extreme trauma, ranging from natural disasters to gun violence. What lessons about rabbinic leadership have colleagues learned from these experiences and how can they inform and guide us? We will learn from a wide range of colleagues who have had direct experience with these moments of tragedy about leadership in a time of sudden crises.
