What would it look like to feel accompanied at each stage of the rabbinic placement or employment journey?

We live in a time of an increasingly diverse Jewish landscape with an array of rabbinical opportunities. To better understand the experiences of rabbis and congregations with the placement and search processes, the CCAR has engaged the evaluation firm, Sharp Insight, LLC, to work together with a CCAR Evaluation Team to develop, implement, and analyze two online surveys -- one for all CCAR members and the other for congregational search committees. In this session, we will explore together the project overview and the rationale for a placement and employment services survey project.
