Food connects us all. Spend this session with Amy as she takes you through a lesson about Indigenous ways of knowing through food. With the recipe book, “A Feast for All Seasons,” you will make connections to the medicine wheel - how food relates to the seasons and our own cultures. Come prepared to discuss and taste Canadian Indigenous recipes and make your own connections to the medicine wheel and your culture.
To fully experience this session please bring a personal cultural dish to share with everyone.
