Hello, I'm Kristina Ashby-Winters. I teach with the CBE. In 2017, after going through a difficult time both in my career and personal life, I became a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). Traveling to Providence, Rhode Island I had the joy and privilege to meet the Founders of Zentangle and learn about the history behind this form of art. The Zentangle method is more than just doodling on a page. The eight step method, helps you to relax and become zen while creating a beautiful piece of art. I have been teaching Zentangle to my students through the years, friends and family and one previous Teacher's Convention. If you are looking for a session to help you quiet a class down, or just for your own pleasure, please attend.

Dr. Greg Wells was a 15-year-old competitive swimmer when his neck was broken by strong ocean waves. After neurosurgery, he was told by doctors that he would never compete again. That set him on a lifetime journey to learn how the human body responds to extreme conditions.
