Guy Kezirian, MD, MBA, FACS is an ophthalmologist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist from Scottsdale, Arizona. His company, SurgiVision® Consultants, Inc., administered several regulatory studies for the US FDA approvals for LASIK, and provides advanced software for surgical planning, outcomes analysis and AI-driven nomogram development. Dr. Kezirian obtained his undergraduate degree from McGill University, his medical degree from Brown University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the Founder and Chairman of both the Refractive Surgery Alliance and the World College of Refractive Surgery & Visual Sciences.
