How to Complete the Evaluation to Claim Credits for ENVISION

After attending one of the ENVISION Program events, the COS will send you an evaluation link by email. Follow the link to complete the evaluation. You may then download a copy of your Certificate of Attendance for your records from the completion page. You can log your MOC credits in your MAINPORT e-portfolio.
