How:

This session is very unique in that a brief case presentation will be shared, representing an “everyday glaucoma dilemma”, leading to a management dilemma without a definite treatment approach. Two glaucoma experts will discuss opposing approaches, sharing evidence and clinical experience guiding their decision.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Compare different view points to common clinical scenarios in glaucoma care
  • Assess the scientific evidence to common clinical dilemmas including Drance hemorrhage, normal tension glaucoma, angle closure, ocular surface disease and glaucoma care in the elderly
  • Integrate opposing management approaches into their clinical decision making
