Kelly is the Executive Director of La Siembra Co-operative and is one of the worker-owners committed to building sustainable livelihoods for small farmers through fair trade and economic democracy.  Over the last 15 years, Kelly has supported the growth and governance of several national and international co-operative and fair trade organizations including serving on the board of the Ontario Co-operative Association, Your Credit Union as Chair of Audit Committee, La Siembra Co-operative, Equal Exchange US and Fairtrade Canada.

Kelly has a degree in Business Administration and BA in Geography and Political Science, bringing a diverse perspective on community and global development issues. With a particular interest in alternative trade and small farmer value chains, Kelly holds a strong belief that the co-operatives and social enterprise models improve the economic and social well-being of our communities at home and abroad.
