Aspen works at Concordia as Fairtrade Engagement Coordinator, where she is helping get people excited about and building community around Stinger's Roast, the university's own signature Fairtrade coffee. She is also completing her MSc in Geography, Urban, and Environmental Studies. Outside of work and school, she also runs Concordia's Eco-Anxiety Peer Support Group, which aims to help students unpack their big feelings about the climate crisis and translate them into eco-action.
