Just to let you know we'll be having our Annual General Meeting on Sunday 13th January at 2pm during the GenghisCon event at St George's College. We will be proposing some fairly routine changes to our constitution, which were approved at last year's AGM but due to some clerical errors, did not get submitted.

We will not be discussing the changes during the AGM, but they are outlined here.
