Mack Kowalski began his career in the geomatics and AEC industry in 2008, following an honorable separation from the US Army's Second Ranger Battalion. Starting as an eager apprentice, Mack quickly showcased his prowess, being chosen to lead in construction staking.

By 2014, Mack's expertise had grown exponentially, earning him the position as the head of the survey department for a leading west coast construction company. Under his leadership, crews spanned operations across four states, overseeing the construction of over 20 mid to high-rise buildings and countless smaller projects. The foundational workflows he established during this time continue to be utilized by the company to this day.

Mack's journey in the field revealed to him the immense potential of LiDAR technology, fostering a deep admiration for its capabilities. This appreciation took a new direction in 2022 when he became associated with one of the top Leica dealerships in the United States. Here, Mack discovered an intrinsic passion for aiding companies in developing efficient workflows and providing solutions to their most pressing challenges.

It was this undying passion and commitment to the industry that led to the inception of LiDAholics Consulting L.L.C. As one of it's founders, Mack continuously strives to contribute to and improve the geomatics and AEC fields. He has been a presenter at HxGN Live events and holds esteemed positions on several committees within the AEC industry, including the ACI.
