Amina Deiab is a values-driven leader and enthusiastic embracer of change. Amina is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Alberta Safety Codes Council. She led a significant organizational transformation and was the first woman to lead the regulatory organization in its 30-year history.
She is deeply passionate about building diverse and inclusive, stakeholder-centered organizations. Amina currently works with individuals, executive teams and boards to level up their governance and leadership practices, and leverage their unique value proposition to lead with courage and measurable impact.
Amina holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute for Corporate Directors and has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, specializing in Innovation, Science, and Energy Policy from Carleton University.
