The first part will present OECD work on granular, timely and internationally comparable measures of digital connectivity across space using open unconventional data from private sources. The second part will present OECD work on international comparable estimations of access to and cost of education and health services using geospatial modelling and population projections. Cost estimations rely on publicly available data for England and a fully reproducible method (more).
