Philipp Mittelberger is president of the Data Protection Association in Liechtenstein (dsv.li – Datenschutzverein in Liechtenstein), a member association of the European Data Protection Officers EFDPO

Mr Mittelberger has been working as a Data Protection expert at BATLINER WANGER BATLINER Attorneys at Law Ltd. in Liechtenstein and as data protection officer of several controllers both from the private and the public sector.

From 2002 - 2017 he was the Head of the Data Protection Head of the Data Protection Authority of Liechtenstein, observer in the Article 29 Working Party and member of the Consultative Committee of the Data Protection Convention 108 of the Council of Europe.

Author of several publications on data protection.
