Raphaël Briner is Chief Marketing Officer at Elium - www.elium.com - and living between Geneva, London and Bruxelles, trying to change employees behaviors by providing new and existing platform, concepts, models and thinking related to knowledge sharing, collaboration & innovation. In 2015, he designed the Knowledge Sharing Canvas, a toolkit to structure workshops around 11 building blocks, www.knowledgeplaza.net/ksc and the Double X, a reflective personal tool and open research using collaboration to map collaboration. www.knowledgeplaza.net/doublex Knowledge Plaza bought his company HyperWeek in 2013 (HyperWeek is a social platform that powers engagement and participatory culture with employees, consumers and citizens). Prior to that, Raphaël was the founder and creative director of Electronlibre, a digital communication agency based in Lausanne, that grew from 3 people to 23 people in 5 years (2003-2008). He observes himself being an engaged entrepreneur, balancing his life between designing, writing, talking and learning through practices.
