Graduated in law with honours in 2001, lawyer since 2005, she studied and worked in the Principality of Monaco and in New York. He has been dealing with compliance and data protection since 2012, after obtaining a LLM in Data Protection and the title of Master for Data Protection and Data Protection Designer of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Enhancement. Since 2022, she has been included in the pool of Cyber Law expert consultants established at the European Data Protection Board. She specialised in data protection and Cybersecurity, she is a lecturer and author of publications for various legal publishing houses and coordinates the Cybersecurity section of the web portal diritto.it. She is Data Protection Officer and consultant for data protection and security in numerous companies and public administrations in northern Italy. She founded CyberAcademy, the business school to train tomorrow's lawyers in the most requested and innovative legal topics, such as cybersecurity, data protection and law applied to new technologies. She is the national spokeswoman for the National Anti-Cyberbullying Center and she deals with training and awareness for the youngest through her very popular Instagram and TikTok pages for the youngest, through which she sets herself the ambitious objective of contributing to the diffusion of a greater digital culture and awareness. She likes to call herself a Cyberlawyer.
