Tony Award winner, and Grammy and Olivier Award nominated singer and actor. Miles played Lady Thiang in the 2015 Lincoln Center Theater revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The King And I, for which she garnered a Tony Award. She later revived the role on the West End at the London Palladium Theatre, which honored her with an Olivier nomination. Miles is currently playing in the multiple Tony nominated show Sweeney Todd, starring Josh Groban and Annaleigh Ashford, for which she was also nominated for a Tony Award. 
Her other favorite theatre credits include playing Margaret Johnson in New York City Center’s recent production of The Light In The Piazza; Sunday In The Park With George at the Hudson Theatre; Sondheim On Sondheim with the Boston Pops and also with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl, directed by Gustavo Dudamel; concerts with the San Francisco Symphony and the Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra (Seoul, South Korea); originating the role of Imelda Marcos in David Byrne’s musical Here Lies Love, which won her both the Lucille Lortel and Theatre World Awards; Avenue Q; Annie; playing Adolfo Pirelli in John Doyle’s revival of Sweeney Todd (playing onstage accordion, flute and piano.)  On television Miles is most recognized as Sherri Kansky on WB’s “All Rise” (CBS and OWN) and Young Hee in FX’s Emmy nominated Season 4 of “The Americans.” She has voiced many animated characters and audiobooks including NETFLIX’s “Over The Moon,” which revived Golden Globe and Academy Award nomination; Lisa See’s “The Tea Girl Of Hummingbird Lane” for which Miles was an Audie Award finalist (Simon & Schuster); Frances Cha’s “If I Had Your Face” (Random House Audio.)  Miles holds a Master’s Degree in Music Performance from New York University Steinhardt.
