Logan Culwell-Block is a theatre historian, music director, and conductor who currently serves as curator and manager of Playbill Vault—the internet’s most-comprehensive historical Broadway database—while also regularly contributing articles on theatre history to Playbill.com. As a music director he has worked regionally (Hangar Theatre, Cortland Repertory Theatre, Sooner Theatre) and at universities (NYU, Ithaca College, Oklahoma City University), as well as Off-Broadway (2013’s The Civil War).
