Zhuang Yan is a master contortionist, a talented and versatile all-round player in acrobatics in addition to being a dancer and singer. She started her dancing at the age of 5, and her acrobatic professional training at the age of 9 at ChengDu Military Acrobatic Troupe, DaLian Art School, and DaLian Acrobatic Troupe Of China. After graduating, she performed throughout China and the world. Her acrobatic skills are highlighted in her solo show and performances on theatrical tours. She performed Hula Hoops of South America and Swinging Rings in Mid-Air at the Circus Circus Casino. Her skills include cup rolling, aerials, and sleeve dancing. She worked with Royal Opera House of Muscat Oman, Off-Broadway Performing Arts Center, and Broadway's Making Mondays.
