After decades spent as a professional performer, Paige assumed the role of the Executive Artistic Director at Theatre Aspen, an Equity theater in Aspen, Colorado, in 2007, where she resides during the summer months. Paige began producing under the mentorship of Jed Bernstein of the Broadway League in 2001, with the critically acclaimed concert “Broadway Under the Stars,” a free public concert featuring a 30-piece orchestra and stars from Broadway and beyond. The televised (WCBS) show debuted in Bryant Park, with stars such as Elaine Stritch, Melanie Grifth, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Edie Falco, among others. The final concert on the Great Lawn in Central Park honored director/producer Harold Prince, who appeared in the show alongside Liza Minnelli, Bebe Neuwirth, Jane Krakowski and Christine Ebersole.

In association with the Broadway League and the Country Music Association, she associate-produced “Broadway Meets Country,” at Jazz at Lincoln Center in 2005. Other projects include: “Broadway Rocks Chicago,” concerts in Berlin, New Orleans, Tampa, Washington D.C., and many other events, including the National Tour of “New York Loves America,” a tour of the U.S. starring Sandy Duncan and Midlife! – The Crisis Musical, in the inaugural 2005 NYMF Festival in NYC. The show is licensed by Rodgers and Hammerstein.

Paige is Vice President of the National Alliance of Musical Theatres, serving as Vice President of the board, and is currently Chair Emeritus of the 2017 Festival Committee, curating new shows for the Fall 2017 Festival in New York City. Since 2006, Paige has served as the First Vice President of Actors’ Equity Association. Paige was inducted into the League of Professional Theatre Women organization in 2005 and is on the Advisory Board of Dancers’ Resource, founded by Bebe Neuwirth. Dancers’ Resource is a non-proft organization afliated with The Actors’ Fund, whose mission is to aid professional dancers dealing with injuries.
