Harry Potter casts a large shadow with his beliefs of what is right and what is wrong. His character has a tendency for bias, especially in matters of loyalty towards his friends. Harry can be unyielding when that is challenged, as we see with Marietta’s betrayal of the D.A. In a world where our beloved characters will always choose their friends and family, was Marietta’s choice so wrong? So black and white? Marietta Edgecombe made her choice to report the D.A., and paid the price. Was her punishment just? Or just cruel?
