David Martin is a husband, father, grandfather, and retired computer programmer., He has been following Harry Potter since 1999 and has made presentations at many conventions. Since 2007 he has also been an occasional guest poster on the HogwartsProfessor.com web site. In 2021 he was a member of the winning Hufflepuff team on the Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses quiz show.
