Alex Akhavan is an attorney and constitutional law scholar in California. He is the creator of "May It Please The Court," a podcast that narrates true stories about the U.S. Supreme Court and its landmark cases. Alex is also the founder of Untwist the Facts, which seeks to bring people together to debate ideas while avoiding the temptation to inflame emotions. Alex grew up in Atlanta, GA as the son of two Iranian immigrants. His passion for meeting new people and learning about legal history made him a podcaster. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his siblings and his dog.
