Telling stories about true events poses its own set of challenges. Which facts do you include without being too dense? How do you find the right tone and structure a clear story arc? And what do you do about your own bias when discussing opinions you disagree with or are outdated in today's society? This session will describe ways to approach those challenges through the experience of creating May It Please the Court, a podcast that tells stories about U.S. Supreme Court landmark cases.
