Data collection and analysis can help us to understand to the changing landscape of animal welfare and the communities we serve. Simple case studies can help us to determine if programs are having the intended impact and can help us to focus our efforts. After a brief review of data management, case studies including adoption programs for cats with histories of inappropriate elimination and limited socialization will be reviewed.  Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the burning questions of animal welfare and will go home with the tools to tackle them.
