"Experimental Archaeology" refers to hands-on attempts to re-create various aspects of the past. From building a Medieval trebuchet to test its actual firing range to cooking food based on historical recipes, we can learn about the past in a more immediate way than simply looking at artifacts and reading texts. Come learn more about this fascinating (and fun!) type of study!
