Come stretch and do a light workout with me! I have experience in belly dance, martial arts, yoga, swimming, weight training and old school aerobics. But let's not do any of that. Let's just stretch and sweat a little and talk about embracing our physical selves without shame, recrimination or guilt. Wear clothing you can move in. Late arrivals welcome.
