The authors of the book To the Stars: Costa Rica in NASA ( Bruce Callow and Ana Luisa Monge) present their book about the 12 Costa Ricans who work(ed) for NASA. These stories are not only inspirational for Hispanic youth but for all young people interested in pursuing STEM careers. NASA Earth Science Division Acting Director Sandra Cauffman (featured in the book) will speak to session participants via web conference. By attending the session you enter a raffle to win a copy of the English /Spanish special edition of the book. |
