
Fei Wu is a fourth-year medical student from Laval University, Québec City. He is completing an MD-MS in neuroscience double pathway and aspires to become a clinical scientist in neurology. Under the supervision of Dr. Robert Jr Laforce, behavioral neurologist, and Dr. Ali Dirani, retinal surgeon, his research work consists of developing novel retinal biomarkers for a rare form of atypical dementias: the language variant of Alzheimer's disease, also known as the logopenic variant of primary progressive aphasias.
