Le Dr I. Paul Singh, originaire du Wisconsin, est le président de The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha, Ltd., fondé en 1981 par son père, le Dr Kanwar A. Singh. Il a été résident en chef et a fait sa résidence à l’Hôpital Cook County – Division d’ophtalmologie, et son stage à l’Hôpital Michael Reese – Département de médecine, tous les deux à Chicago (Illinois). Il a obtenu son diplôme de la Finch University of Health Sciences/École de médecine de Chicago en 1999. Il a réalisé son stage de recherche sur le glaucome à l’Université Duke en juillet 2004 avant de revenir dans sa ville natale, où il exerce actuellement en pratique privée.
