Mili Roy MD

Dr Mili Roy completed her ophthalmology residency training and a fellowship in Uveitis/Ocular Immunology at McGill University. She more recently completed a Harvard Medicine fellowship in Climate Health Organizing. She currently practices in Ontario with Assistant Professor affiliation with the University of Toronto. She has served as Uveitis Section Editor for the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology since 2013. She also serves as the Ontario Regional Co-Chair for the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment, for which she engages in education, government lobbying and media work. In her planetary health role, she recently represented Canada at the United Nations Conference of the Parties (COP 29) in Azerbaijan. She has been working with the COS team to develop a national sustainable eye care toolkit over the past year.
