Jon Belanger

Jon Belanger is the Project Manager for the Prairie Adaptation Research Collaborative (PARC) based at the University of Regina. His research interests include applications of geomatics to climate change adaptation and modeling, and improved soil moisture estimation for drought management in the Canadian Prairies.
