Mr. Alain Gauthier is a certified Integral Master Coach^TM in both French and English and a member of the International Coaching Federation, he specialises in developmental and leadership coaching.

Alain is people-oriented, compassionate, and curious by nature, he has always been intrigued with the complexity of human dimension and its relation to work effectiveness. His experience includes working as the Director General of the Canadian Forces Grievance Authority, Director-General of Operations for the CAF Ombudsman Office, Director General of Conflict and Complaint Resolution, Chief of Operations for the Canadian Expeditionary Forces Command, and Chief of Staff for the VCDS Office. Since 2012 Alain has mentored and coached executives in the Public Sector through the APEX program along with acting in a trusted advisor capacity to executives in industry as a seasoned mentor and executive coach.

Holding a Bachelor Administration and MSC, and Master of Defence Studies from the Royal Military College, enhanced by Certifications in Conflict Management, Coaching and Mentoring. He is a lifelong learner that exists to share knowledge to help people make a difference within complex organisations. Alain strives to help people and organizations grow and be at their best which led him to complete certifications as a mediator, as a Workplace Fairness Assessor, as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and as an Executive Coach. Alain believes that people and teams who are willing to question and challenge themselves with a real desire to grow, can truly achieve their goals and be successful in all aspects of their life while optimizing their efficiency.

In addition, Alain has been Awarded a Meritorious Service Cross, two Chief of the Defence Staff Commendations, and a Governor-General Unit Commendation.
