Boasting over fifteen years of experience, Cozzitorto is focused on digitalization and adaptation of built asset industry. Additionally, her appointment as President of buildingSMART Canada highlights her commitment to the digital transformation in Canada. This includes fostering the development and promotion of open, international standards and solutions. Cozzitorto’s contributions are pivotal in advancing the adoption and application of BIM technology in the architectural field, significantly influencing the digital evolution of construction and design industries across Canada.

As the founder and former chair of the Toronto BIM Community (tBIMc), a former board member of the Institute for BIM in Canada (IBC) Steering Committee and a BIM subject matter expert for the Canadian Handbook of Practice, and is active speaker on openBIM, BIM standardization, and technology's influence on the industry.  Her work at buildingSMART Canada and tBIMc has helped to advance the use of BIM in Canada and ensure that the AECOOM industry is poised to embrace new technologies and processes in the years ahead.
