Florence Dubosc is admitted to practice law in the states of California and New York. She completed her JD and Master’s degree in France before obtaining an L.L.M. in U.S. Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.

After several years as a consumer protection lawyer in a San Francisco law firm, she has been working for the Monegasque Data Protection Authority (CCIN] since May 2014, covering legal aspects of data protection in various subject matters, such as workplace monitoring and digital compliance.

Since 2020, she has been co-chairing the Working Group on the Role of Personal Data Protection in International Development Aid, International Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management set up by the Global Privacy Assembly.
