Alessandro Vasta, avvocato ammesso al patrocinio dinanzi alla Corte di Cassazione, partner dello Studio Legale Tonucci & Partners. In precedenza, ha svolto la propria attività professionale in primari Studi nazionali ed internazionali.  

Svolge il ruolo di Data Protection Officer per primarie società operanti nei settori dei concessionari pubblici, e-commerce, sport (calcio serie A), ricerca scientifica, sanità, turismo, trasporti, grande distribuzione, servizi IT e software.  

Presidente e membro di Organismi di Vigilanza ex D.Lgs. 231/2001 in società operanti nei settori automotive, grande distribuzione organizzata, immobiliare. 

Presta assistenza a società italiane e multinazionali in svariati settori merceologici (manifatturiero, sportivo, enti pubblici, grande distribuzione organizzata, fashion, Internet e Telecomunicazioni, Farmaceutico, Servizi Aereoportuali, Trasporti e Servizi Pubblici, Hotels e Tour Operators) su temi giuridici legati all’utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie, all’applicazione della normativa sulla tutela dei dati personali, ai Big Data ed Artificial Intelligence.  

Rappresentante di Tonucci & Partners presso “Techlaw”, organizzazione composta da primari Studi legali internazionali, con sedi in 35 Paesi del Mondo, operante nei settori della Privacy, ICT, Proprietà Intellettuale ed Industriale (sito www.techlaw.org).  

E’ relatore in conferenze, workshops, seminari e master in Italia ed all’estero organizzati da Associazioni Industriali, Ordini professionali, CUOA Business School, Techlaw:

Alessandro Vasta, an attorney admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation, is a partner at Tonucci & Partners Law Firm. Previously, he worked in leading national and international law firm. 

He serves as the Data Protection Officer for leading companies in the sectors of public concessionaires, e-commerce, sports (Series A football), scientific research, healthcare, tourism, transportation, large-scale retail, IT services, and software.

President and member of the Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001 in companies operating in the automotive, organized large-scale retail, and real estate sectors.

He provides assistance to Italian and multinational companies in various industry sectors (manufacturing, sports, public entities, organized large-scale retail, fashion, internet and telecommunications, pharmaceutical, airport services, transportation and public services, hotels, and tour operators) on legal issues related to the use of new technologies, the application of personal data protection regulations, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence.

He is Representative of Tonucci & Partners at 'Techlaw', an organization composed of leading international law firms with offices in 35 countries around the world, operating in the fields of Privacy, ICT, Intellectual and Industrial Property (website www.techlaw.org).
