Monica Lippa is a lawyer who provides specialized legal assistance in the field of personal data protection to public bodies and multinational corporations.  

Prior to founding the Monica Lippa Law Firm, she gained many years of experience in the legal field as a consultant within leading notary firms. She was recently appointed Of Counsel at Studio Gianni Origoni (GOP) in Milan, Privacy and New Technologies Department. 

She is a certified Data Protection Officer by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A. according to the new UNI: 11697:2017 scheme. She is also certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E ) and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPPM) by International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) according to the ISO 17024:2012 standard, as well as an Assessor and Auditor according to the ISDP 10003:2020 scheme. She is also part of a support team in the implementation of integrated management systems meeting UNI EN ISO 22301:2014, UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001:2014 and ISO/IEC 27018:2014 standards. 

She is coordinator of the Scientific Committee of Asso DPO - Public Sector Working Group.

Prima di fondare lo Studio Legale Monica Lippa ha maturato una pluriennale esperienza in campo legale come consulente all’interno di importanti studi notarili. Di recente è stata nominata Of Counsel dello Studio Gianni Origoni (GOP) di Milano, Dipartimento Privacy e Nuove Tecnologie. 

È un Data Protection Officer certificato da Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A. secondo il nuovo schema UNI: 11697:2017. È inoltre certificata quale Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E ) e quale Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPPM) da International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) secondo lo standard ISO 17024:2012, nonché quale Valutatore e Auditor secondo lo schema ISDP 10003:2020. Fa parte, altresì, di un team di supporto nell’implementazione di sistemi di gestione integrati rispondenti alle norme UNI EN ISO 22301:2014, UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001:2014 e ISO/IEC 27018:2014. 

È coordinatrice del Comitato Scientifico di Asso DPO – Gruppo di Lavoro Pubblica Amministrazione.
