Cristina leads the Privacy area of Colt Technology Services Group World Wide and has implemented the Binding Corporate Rules of Controller and Processor of Colt´s Group approved in August 2021. Cristina runs and manages the ISO 27701 certification, awarded in 2024, being Colt the unique Telco company which has this certification in a country by country level for both controller and processor.  

Data Protection and Legal  Manager and highly qualified IP/IT lawyer with worldwide responsibilities specialized in Data Protection and Compliance (Best Lawyer 2014, 2015 and 2016 on Privacy and Data Protection and recently awarded Compliance Innovator Winner of 2021). 

Cristina has being EMEA Counsel and Legal Manager in Companies as HRAccess, Oracle, Siebel and Mondelez. Cristina in her role as Iberia Legal & EMEA DP Manager implemented in EMEA the Binding Corporate Rules of both controller/processor of HRAcces.
