Driven by a passion for cutting-edge technology, Judicaël Phan has been guiding start-ups and international companies in the implementation of their digital strategies in the areas of privacy, governance and AI for over 20 years. As Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Nodle and Five Lives, he is also a consultant and lecturer at CNAM, ISEP, Paris Mines Telecom Institute and Paris Dauphine-PSL University, Tunis campus. With a wealth of significant experience, including roles at Ubisoft, Criteo and Contentsquare, Judicaël has also dedicated eight years to the CNIL, working in the Inspection and Legal Affairs departments.
