Adrien GUICHAOUA (M) is Director of European and Regional Affairs at ACTA from 2012. He is Research & Innovation program coordinator and Policy Officer. Graduated in Policy Science, he’s expert on Innovation policies related to the agricultural sector and a key actor in the implementation of the EIP “Productive and sustainable agriculture” in France and Europe. He’s Chairman of the SCAR (Standing Committee for Agriculture research) Strategic Working Group on Agriculture Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS), member of the European Network for Rural Development and French National Contact Point for Horizon 2020 Societal Challenge 2 (Bioeconomy). He participates to several key projects on Innovation in Agriculture from the launching of H2020 (Thematic Networks and Multi-actor Research and Innovation Actions) and coordinator of the H2020 NEFERTITI project (European Network of Demonstration Farms). He’s also European Business Developer for the French company API-AGRO (Data Interoperability platform). Over the past 10 years, he coordinated several Research and Innovation programs for the French National Research Agency (ANR) and for the National Institute for Agricultural research (INRA).
