Ditte Lassen-Kahlke has worked with M&A and corporate matters since 2012 and has advised on numerous M&A deals and group reorganizations.

Ditte’ expertise also includes the preparation and holding of general meetings and board meetings, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and special company structures.

Further, Ditte has great experience in advising entrepreneur and startup companies, especially startups with an object that meet the global goals for sustainable development.

Ditte is overall responsible for Bech-Bruun’s CSR programmes and initiatives.
