Søren has a background in the Danish Ministry of Business as Chief Advisor, and he has previously worked with entrepreneurship education, socioeconomic companies and has been in the jury of Creative Business Cup. He is the founder and former Executive Director of the organisation Early Warning Europe which helps more than 1,000 companies in severe crisis every year. The organisation now has more than 400 people and activities in seven European countries.

As the Executive Director of Innovation Centre Denmark, Shanghai, Søren is a specialist in building innovative entrepreneurial eco-systems, facilitating international sales and negotiation and setting up partnerships with Danish and Chinese universities, start-ups, SMEs and large businesses.
