For more than a decade, Paul was CMO for a multi-billion Fintech company. For the last six years he has grappled with digital innovation at the intersection of public and private sector organisations. He set up the award-winning Bristol Is Open smart city project, helped design the UK Governments 5G Testbeds & Trials programme, co-Founded UK5G, worked with TM Forum's members on Smart Cities in various countries, including China, Russia, France, Mexico and the UK, and as its CMO, and is now working as an advisor and consultant to a range of organisations.
