Dave Raggett is a technical member of staff for W3C/ERCIM and based in the UK. He has been involved in work on web standards since 1992. He champions the Web of Things and the Web of Data, and has a special interest in automating human-like reasoning and learning as the chair of the W3C Cognitive AI Community Group. He has extensive experience of European projects and is currently involved in the SDN-microSense, GATEKEEPER and TERMINET Horizon 2020 projects.
