Project results and Ecosystem Building: IoF2020 Status and Synergies
My Session Status
By the time IoT Week starts IoF2020 would have been running for more than two years and a half. Furthermore, in 2018, IoF2020 held an Open Call to enlarge its scope in terms of new geographical areas and new IoT-based technologies. Against this background, the event would present a good opportunity to showcase the results achieved from the projects’ use cases for this period and present the new use cases that would have joined the project. IoF2020 ambitions to establish a lasting innovation ecosystem. The project develops an ecosystem consisting of farmers, food companies, policymakers, technology providers, research institutes, end-users, investors and various associations. In addition, this is the perfect opportunity to highlight the complementarity between IoF2020 and Smart Agri Hubs, which focusses on the synergies with digital innovation hubs. The impact of such initiatives at local level will be highlighted by the regional cluster. A broader perspective about these flagship European initiatives will be brough by the vision of EIT Food.
This overlook on the project status and extended network constitutesthe first pillar of the programme envisaged for the project.
