IoT week to be held in Bilbao offers the opportunity to EnSO project to organize an industrial Workshop in a hot topic as «Harvesting: a new challenge for powering IoT nodes». This  Workshop will bring together  well-known experts to talk about harvesting solutions using the state of the art of technologies as thermoelectric, solar, mechanical or vibrational, with innovative SME who are integrating harvesting in their smart objects products in different domains as Smart Health, Smart Mobility and Smart Society.  In fact EnSO project (Energy for Smart Objects) under the framework of ECSEL JU is providing response to the need of power for autonomous smart objects combining several harvesting sources, microbatteries for energy storage and power management in an unique solution named AMES. In addition keynote on IoT Ecosystem and Business Creation from the perspective of AIOTI WG2 and the round table discussion on the role of EU Projects for market roll out will give the complementary picture of IoT business evolution and opportunities.
