Direct Marketing: a phenomenon that is now essential in the business and commercial practices of any company, that nonetheless still raises questions of great importance when it comes to protecting the privacy of users and consumers. A meeting to trace the regulatory evolution, understand the implementation issues and the various potentialities of the national and European legislation, and address the risks of improper or fraudulent uses of these practices, also taking into consideration the differences between Italian regulations and those of other European and non-European countries. 

 

Il Direct Marketing, un fenomeno oramai imprescindibile nelle pratiche commerciali di ogni società, ma che ancora pone questioni di grande importanza quando si scontra con la necessità di tutelare la privacy di utenti e consumatori. Un incontro per ripercorrere l’evoluzione normativa, cogliere le criticità applicative e le diverse potenzialità di quanto previsto dalla legislazione nazionale ed europea e affrontare i rischi di uso improprio o fraudolento di queste pratiche, anche prendendo spunto dalle differenze tra la normativa italiana e quella di altre realtà europee e non.
