
Patricia Moore
Patricia Moore experienced her first taste in STEM education and aerospace outreach while working at Johnson Space Center’s visitor center Space Center Houston in college. She fell in love with inspiring students to perused STEM careers and sharing NASA’s story with the public so she continued working at Space Center Houston following the completion of her degree in Early Childhood Education.
Patricia joined the NASA team in 2009 and for the last 13 years has contributed to countless outreach and public engagement experiences with audiences across the world.
Patricia now serves as the Education Outreach & Public Engagement Strategy Manager
for NASA’s Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate (ESDMD), which is critical to NASA’s Artemis program and the planning for crewed missions to the Moon and Mars. Her continuous efforts to share NASA’s missions, provide resources, individualized support, and cultivate authentic NASA experiences enables valued community partners to inspire the next generation of explorers.
