UCLA and Lunar and Planetary Institute scientist Caroline Beghein will update participants on NASA’s historic InSight Mission, the first robotic explorer to investigate the mysterious inner space of Mars. SCH educator Cathy Walker will guide participants through the development of hands on activities on SEIS, the lander’s instrument which measures seismic activities including marsquakes and meteorite impact on  the red planet.
